uPVC doors are made from a single material – plastic. Composite doors, as the name suggests, are fabricated from multiple materials that are compressed together at very high pressure. Those materials are specially chosen for their strength, durability, thermal efficiency, resistance to weathering and sheer good looks. Our composite doors are considerably thicker than uPVC doors too, and can be painted in almost any colour you choose. All in all, a composite door is a much better proposition than a uPVC door.
You have far greater range of styling options with composite doors. That means you can design the door that is just right for your home. Styles range from traditional to modern with a great number of possible variations along the way.
Composite doors are also almost impossible to break through. They offer impressive security features and our doors are fitted with what are probably the best and most secure locks available.
The overall U-Value of your door will be less than 1.8 WM 2/K as required by Building Standards.
